We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day Change of Mind Policy from your delivery date on a select range of core items.

T&Cs
14 Day Change of Mind Policy
- Freight and delivery expenses to and from the supplier are considered a separate service and will not be reimbursed.
- All supplement sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- This change of mind policy is for the purchase price of the item indicated on the product line of your proof of purchase. If you received free freight on your initial purchase, you will still be liable for the return cost. Item must not be damaged or misused and be in suitable condition for resale. If your return does not meet this criteria you may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Refund will only be given after the item has been received and is complete with all components in an undamaged condition suitable for resale.
- Item must be returned in original packaging, and packed suitably to ensure safe arrival.
- Item must be returned to the initial place of purchase / dispatch.
- Original proof of purchase must be presented.
- Valid only for the original purchaser.
- You must contact Padel Racket to organise a return authorisation prior to sending the goods.
- Item must be returned with the provided paperwork or a 10% admin fee will be charged.
- We reserve the right to make the final decision.
Same Day Dispatch
- Same day begins when your order is complete with all required information and is paid in full. If you have financed your order, we require all completed documentation be returned and deposit paid before 9am (GMT+7).
- Business days based on warehouse trading times are Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm (GMT+7)
- Dispatch time is the time taken from placing and paying for your order and having the order collected from our warehouse by the selected courier / freight company. This does not include the in-transit delivery time.
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification from Padel Racket with all consignment details attached. In the case that you do not receive this email, and it may divert to junk or spam, Padel Racket is not liable.
- Please note that in the case of a delay being caused through the provision of incorrect order details by the customer (eg. Incorrect delivery information), the receival of the correct details will mark the start of the dispatch period.
- Excludes all out of stock, pre-sale and discontinued items, custom manufactured items, pick-up orders, international orders outside of Indonesia.
- Excludes weekends and national public holidays - orders during this time will be dispatched the following business day.
- Exclude stock that is not property of Padel Racket
