Ordered a Hirostar racket and realised afterwards Iโd picked the wrong model. Emailed them, got a helpful reply quickly, and they sent a return label straight away โ no hassle, no argument. The replacement was shipped as soon as my return was on its way and arrived before my trip, which is exactly what I needed. Communication was clear at every step and they were completely fair about it. Would happily buy from them again

Great Racket! Very easy on the wrist. If anyone's looking to get a racket that helps you get that extra spin while playing your shots with precision, I think this would be the best buy.
Nox rackets are ergonomically friendly on your wrist, and allow you to maintain a good grip. This is just a great example of it.

New to the sport so wanted something beginner friendly after doing research. Was the best price but needed it for the weekend so ordered it Tuesday night and received it by Thursday with normal shipping. Happy with the way it was boxed/handled snugly for transit.
